This is a review of the Sookie Stackhouse short story “Lucky” by Charlaine Harris. It can be found in the anthology “A Touch of Dead” by Charlaine Harris.

“Lucky” takes place after “All Together Dead“.

Amelia and Sookie are having themselves a girly afternoon when they are interrupted by Sookie’s insurance agent Greg Aubert.

Greg and Amelia have something in common. They’re both witches.

Greg has noticed that someone has been into his office and has rifled through the file cabinet, and is worried that someone knows that those he insures have a magical reason for being so lucky. He asks Sookie and Amelia for their aid.

A light-hearted little mystery. A fun, quick read.
